What follows is the form that our inspector works from when conducting an inspection of your property. The form is generated in our office from our client database including any special instructions applicable to your account. Our inspector ticks off appropriate entries and completes his remarks. The completed form is returned to our office where it is added to our database and a copy of the report is e-mailed to the client. Subsequent followup information is added where applicable and same is e-mailed to the client.
