You've decided to spend New Years at your Manitoulin hideaway. Let us know your eta and we'll have the driveway plowed, the footpath shovelled, the fireplace loaded and toasty and we'll make sure you have milk or cream for your morning coffee.
Choose plowed or unplowed driveway
Scenario 2
Your plans do not include a winter visit so we'll make five winter inspections. You don't want to entice unwanted visitors so we'll leave the driveway untouched by entering by snowmobile or quad.
Scenario 3
You decide to come during the winter afterall. We'll clean out the driveway the day you are expected. A cleanup charge is tacked onto the above plan.
Scenario 4
You only come to Manitoulin during the summer months. We'll make twelve inspections and leave the driveway untouched.
Removing snow off your roof
Scenario 5
To avoid damage to your roof, let us know how much snow should accumulate before we remove it. Because your roof is not the same size as mine, we'll negociate a fee that meets your needs.
This could have fallen on your house
Scenario 6
We hope a tree has not fallen on your property damaging your house, but if it has we'll contact you when found during an inspection. Because the circumstances can differ so widely, we'll provide pictures by e-mail or snail mail and determine a fix. Again, we'll do a cosmetic fix or a professional fix at your discretion. We can float the tree out during the winter or cut it down for firewood, as you wish.
Your neighbor's cattle grazing on your lot
Scenario 7
Cows will roam off their pasture when they are looking for something to munch on. If we find evidence of this we'll have your neighbor fix his fence if it is his responsibility. Your inspection report will include pictures taken of any damage to your property
Scenario 8
Being a full-time resident of Manitoulin, you decide to vacation in Florida for three months. Your home insurance is void unless you have your property inspected during your absence.
Scenario 9
Should your property be protected by an electronic alarm company, you may give them our contact info to respond to an alarm activation.
Scenario 10
Probably our most-used scenario because we are totally flexible to your needs. Tell us what you want us to do and we'll quote you a fee.
